A customer from Banff approached us for assistance with redecorating her living room and sunroom. She already had some lounge chairs, a beautiful painting she wanted to keep in the room, and a stunning seaside view. We used these existing elements as inspiration for the design and chose two modern country wallpapers from Voyage Maison that complemented each other perfectly. The gorgeous, rich purple throughout perfectly matches the Prestigious Textile fabric for the Roman Blinds. These were set behind a pelmet and curtains from Voyage Maison for the living room. We mixed this with rustic wooden furniture and a brown leather sofa to create a cosy and stunning living room.

We wanted to complement the existing upholstered chairs in a light blue/teal checked woollen fabric for the sunroom. We chose a remote-controlled Roman blind in a fabric from Moon called ‘Herringbone Chevron Sea’, which matched the living room’s colour scheme and created a modern-country feel. The sunroom had a beautiful 270-degree view of the Banff coastline, which we wanted to keep as the room’s main focal point.
